Old Growth

 OLD GROWTH is a three-piece rock/punk band from the Pacific Northwest. Originally formed in Portland Oregon, 2004. John Magnifico (Twelve Hour Turn/Effort) Vocals/Guitar, Ben Muha (Tuff Talk) Drums/Vocals and Luke Clements (Sleeptalker/Science Of Yabra) Bass/Vocals. They recorded three full length records, two split 7 inch records and multiple compilation tracks until disbanding and reforming under a different name, OLD JUNIOR, in 2011. 
      Recruiting Cory Decaire on bass, OLD JUNIOR recorded three self released EP‘s and mostly played in the dank nether regions of Oregon until 2014. 
     Ben, now living in Seattle and John a tad further south in Tacoma, have come back together picking up where they left off. Self-recording a full length album during the quarantine winter of 2020 led to OLD GROWTH’s fourth full length album “Truth Stories”(2021). This album stays true to form with their original sounds. Now with fellow Washingtonian Jason Gover on bass, this three-piece band continues to grow deep in the roots of the Pacific Northwest.
